  • We produce and assemble major components of our product lines, including Spur Gear and Worm Gear Drives, Rotating Biological Contactors (RBCs), Digester Mixers, Boiler/Heat Exchangers, and Rotary Distributors.

  • We require 100% inspection of all components—those made in-house and those produced at specialized regional fabrication facilities.

  • We hold an ASME “U” stamp for heat exchanger manufacturing and are a member of the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA).

  • Yes. For large steel structures, we partner with qualified fabricators across the U.S. to reduce freight. All work is still 100% inspected by our Aurora-based inspectors.

  • Our skilled team handles burning, AWS-certified welding, machining, assembly, sandblasting, painting, and inspection.

  • Licensed professional engineers and experienced drafters use state-of-the-art tools, including structural and finite element analysis (FEA). Project Management and Field Service are part of the engineering department.

  • Each project is assigned a Project Manager who provides regular status updates and helps maintain schedules for on-time performance and full customer satisfaction.

  • Our field service technicians support start-up, training, and troubleshooting.

  • Yes. Our Parts Department maintains records for 10,000+ installations and supplies repair parts for emergency and preventive maintenance needs.
